We do not use store-bought or ready-made seasonings as much as possible, but instead all dishes, sauces, dressings, desserts, and even ice cream are made by hand in the restaurant. Our goal is to provide safe and reliable meals, to value the excellence of the ingredients, and to pursue a taste that only our restaurant can offer. We are always trying to provide authentic Japanese cuisine here in Bangkok, Thailand. We are happy to help introduce the fabulousness of Japanese ingredients and Japanese cuisine to the people of Thailand.
